Abstract: 18 varieties of dominate edible-fruit cactus plant, Cactaceae are described. The cultural and reproductive methods of columnar cactus plant, such as Hylocereus undatus cv. Vietnam are outlined. Some ways of harvest and processing of cactus fruit are summarized here.
