南茜文心兰软腐病病原菌分离鉴定及致病性分析

Abstract: A soft rot pathogen was isolated, identificated and pathogenicity analysed from Oncidium ‘Gower Ramsey’. Morphological analysis indicated that the bacteria colonies were milky white and irregular diffused; microscope analysis showed that the bacteria was gram negative and short rod-like; 16S rDNA sequencing results showed high similar to known bacteria Dickeya dadantii 3937, then those bacteria Onc1—Onc7 were identified as D. dadantii. Pathogenicity test showed that the pathogenic bacteria Onc5 could infect all 4 Oncidium hybrids and 1 Oncidium intergeneric hybrid, Onc5 could also infect Phalaenopsis, Anoectochilus roxburghii and Dendrobium officinale. But D. officinale showed some degrees of resistance to Onc5. Kanamycin had strong inhibitory effects on the bacterial isolate Onc5.

摘要: 针对南茜文心兰Oncidium ‘Gower Ramsey’软腐病进行病原菌分离、鉴定及致病性分析。形态学鉴定结果表明,病原菌菌株外观乳白、边缘不规则扩散;显微观察结果表明,该菌为革兰氏阴性菌,短棒状;16S rDNA测序结果与已知菌Dickeya dadantii 3937 相似度最高,确定病原物Onc1~Onc7 为Dickeya dadantii。致病性分析表明,病原菌Onc5 可侵染所参试的全部5 种文心兰属及其属间杂交种植物,还可侵染蝴蝶兰、金线兰及铁皮石斛,其中铁皮石斛对该菌表现较强抗性。卡那霉素对Onc5 菌有较强抑制作用。
