火龙果果实的功效及保鲜贮存技术研究(综述)

Abstract: The fruit of pitaya contains rich in saccharides, plants albumin, unsaturated fatty acids, dietary fiber, vitamins and many trace elements,which is good for the antioxidation, reducing blood fat and beauty and postponing senility, etc. This paper mainly introduced nutritious ingredients and health-care function of pitaya fruits,as well as the research progress of its storage preservation technology, to provide useful information for pitaya researchers.

摘要: 火龙果果实含有丰富的糖、白蛋白、不饱和脂肪酸、膳食纤维、维生素及多种微量元素,在抗氧化、降血脂、美容养颜等方面具有较好的保健功效,开发利用前景广阔。本文综述火龙果果实的营养成分和保健价值以及在保鲜贮存方面的研究进展,以期为火龙果的生产和科研提供参考依据。
