Effects of Three Plant Growth Regulators on Photosynthesis of Evodia glabrifolia

三种植物生长调节剂对楝叶吴茱萸光合作用的影响

Abstract: Seedling of Evodia glabrifolia were used as test materials, using three plant growth regulators NAA, IAA and ABT-3 to dispose the plant with three concentration gradient of 50, 100, 150 mg稬-1 and CK(water), the photosynthetic characteristics were measured. The results showed that for NAA and IAA, the most suitable concentration was 150 mg稬-1; for ABT-3, the most suitable concentration was 100 mg稬-1. Among 9 kinds of treatments, NAA with concentration of 150 mg稬-1 was the most suitable and the most stimulative for promoting the photosynthesis of E. glabrifolia seedling; IAA with concentration of 50 mg稬-1 had less effect on photosynthesis. This research results would provide technical reference for transplanting of E. glabrifolia.

摘要: 以楝叶吴茱萸Evodia glabrifolia苗木为材料,用生根粉(ABT-3)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、萘乙酸(NAA) 3种植物生长调节剂处理植物,测定处理后苗木的光合作用指标。结果表明,NAA和IAA的最佳浓度为150 mg·L-1,ABT-3的最佳处理浓度为100 mg·L-1;其中浓度为150 mg·L-1 NAA最有利于楝叶吴茱萸的光合作用,50 mg·L-1 IAA最不利于楝叶吴茱萸的光合作用。研究结果可为楝叶吴茱萸的育苗、移栽提供技术指导。
