Abstract: Effects of different concentrations of GA₃ on the pollen germination and pollen tube growth of Michelia figo were studied with pollen in vitro culture method. The results showed that the pollen germination and pollen tube growth of Michelia figo were promoted under 20～200 mg/L GA₃. The pollen of Michelia figo in GA₃ treatment germinated earlier than CK. The best treatment for promoting pollen germination was GA₃ 200 mg/L.

摘要： 以含笑（Michelia figo）花粉为试材，采用花粉离体培养法，研究GA3对含笑花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响。结果表明，GA₃可以促进含笑花粉提早萌发，20～200 mg/L GA₃对含笑花粉萌发和花粉管生长起促进作用，浓度超过200 mg/L花粉萌发和花粉管生长均受到抑制。以GA₃ 200 mg/L的促进作用最好。
