The leaf NPK content of Hevea brasiliensis seedling was studied under low-NPK stress and regular fertilizing with rubber clone GT1, RRIM600, PR107 as material. The results showed as follows. The leaf NPK content of leaf-umbrella, which regenerates after the treatment, was closely related to the component and processing time of low-NPK stress treatment and the symptom of nutrient deficiency would be alleviated or improved by timely and regular fertilizing. The onset time and the degree of decrement and increment were different between the leaf N, P, K content, in which the response of N element was the fastest, P element next and K element the slowest. There were different interactions among elements of N, P and K under low NPK stress. The variational trends of leaf nutrient content under treatment were basically the same of all three clones, but the tolerance and resilience capacity to low NPK stress were different, in which RRIM600 was more sensitive, PR107 next, GT1 was less sensitive.
