摘要: 针对蝴蝶兰叶片蛋白质含量少且含有大量色素和酚等干扰物质的特点,通过对总蛋白提取方法、银染方法的改进,以及双向电泳实验条件的比较选择,初步建立一套适用于蝴蝶兰叶片蛋白质组分析的双向电泳技术。

Abstract: Phalaenopsis leaves keep less protein and more non-protein substances like pigment,phenol and so on.To minimize the interference by non-protein substances,a 2-DE (two-dimensional electrophoresis) method which suited for the separation of protein from Phalaenopsis leaves was established in this experiment,on the basis of the total-protein extraction method and the silver dyeing method were modified and improved and the influential factors of 2-DE were compared and selected.
