银杏酚对5种蔬菜病原物的抑菌活性初探

Inhibition of Ginkgo Phenols on Five Vegetable Pathogenic Fungi

摘要: 银杏外种皮采用70%乙醇加热回流浸提得到含活性成分银杏酚的粗提物,用70%乙醚、5%Na2CO3、5% NaOH萃取分离,获得银杏酚;本实验采用气相色谱-质谱分析鉴定提取物为银杏酚。银杏酚对茄子白绢病菌抑制作用较强,EC50为1.36 mg·mL-1

Abstract: Ginkgo phenols exocarp refluxed with 70% ethanol extraction of active ingredients ginkgo phenols obtained with the crude extract with ether, 5% Na2CO3, 5% NaOH extraction , to obtain ginkgo phenols; In this study, using GC-MS identified the extract as ginkgo phenols. Bioassary to Ginkgo Phenols for the tested fungi showed that the Ginkgo Phenols was effective to Pellicularia rolfsii, in which the EC50 was 1.36 mg.mL-1.
