Abstract: The ecological characteristics and growth habit of Dichondra repens (Convolvulaceae) were studied, and its main uses were also discussed.The result showed that Dichondra repens had stronger adaptability, high-speed growing, beautiful leaf, long duration of green leaves and high density of vegetation.Dichondra repens is a perfect ornamental lawn grass and medicinal plant with good developing prospect.

摘要： 研究了旋花科植物马蹄金的生态习性和生长特性,并探索其主要用途。结果表明,马蹄金适应力强,繁殖速度快,叶形美观,绿叶期长,整体覆盖密度大,为理想的观赏草坪草种,又是一种有开发前景的药用植物。
