Abstract: The two-year phenological observations upon cultivated folk medieinal plant Neruilia Plicara (Andr.) Sehetr.in Xiamen are presented.Young leaves or inflores-eenees emerge from eaeh of tuber terminals and elongated rhizomes in early May,and fresh leaves begin to unfold in late May.The flowering season begins from mid May to mid June.And fruits mature or drop later.The new flushes of inflorescence arise from this plant.Leaves turn greybrown and die off from early October to late December and then the plant send up tubers or rhizomes the next year.

摘要： 栽培于厦门地区的民间药用植物毛叶芋兰的物候期为:5月上旬幼叶和花序从地下块茎或根状茎顶端生出,5月下旬新叶展开。花期为5月中旬至6月中旬,花经授粉后约15天果熟并开裂,生花植株的新叶在花果期过后生出。枯叶期10月初至12月末。
