Abstract: 719 woody species which belong to 272 genera and 102 families are re-ported in this paper. These species are divided into 13 distribution types which take up 86.7% of Chinese distribution types. This flora is characterized by its complicated com-ponents,numerous species,old origin and several rare and endangered species,and close-ly relative to other floras in the world,especially to the flora of North America.

摘要： 福建省南平茫荡山有木本植物102科,272属,719种,隶属于13个分布区类型,占我国分布区类型的86.7%,具有区系成分复杂、种类繁多、起源古老和珍稀树种丰富的特点。
