Abstract: By reviewing the correlation between plant isoenzyme and disease resistance, the study method of plant isoenzyme is summarized and the biochemical mechanism of resistance is investigated. It is suggested that the relative content of isoenzyme might be regarded as one of the biochemical indices for identifying the resistance of crop varieties.
