无公害型砂粘结剂性能研究

Abstract: Taking cassava as materials, the technical properties of a new type of binder were investigated and the effects of technical factors on drying tensile strength of binder were tested. The results showed that B-type binder possessed special properties of making the molding sand, suggesting that it may replace the tung oil and HZ oil used in foundry in the future.

摘要: 本文以木薯粉为原料,从无公害出发,探索一种新型粘结剂的工艺性能,测试多种因素对该粘结剂干拉强度的影响。结果表明,B型粘结剂具备了制作型砂应有的性能,可望在铸造生产中取代桐油及合脂油。
