In vitro screening for mutants resistance to Stagonospora curtisii in Narcissus tazetta var. chinensis

离体筛选中国水仙抗叶大褐斑病突变体初步研究

Abstract: The bulbs from Narcissus tazetta var. chinensis were in vitro cultured. The fungal filtrate prepared from cultures of Stagonospora curtisii pathogenic bacteria was used as screening agent. 1 420 N. tazetta calli were treated with γ-ray mutation and 9 bulbils resistant to S.curtisii were produced. The result showed that the disease resistance of regenerated bulbils cultured on the selected medium is greater than that of the control.

摘要: 选用中国水仙鳞茎块离体培养,以叶大褐斑病原菌的培养滤液作为选择,结合γ-射线物理诱变,从1420块外植体中得到9个抗病再生种球。抗病性测定表明,经病原菌培养滤液筛选处理得到的再生种球,抗病性比对照明显提高。
