Abstract: The advance of AOS and its relationship with drought (water stress) tolerance of plants under water stress are reviewed, with great emphasis on the function and mechanism of detoxic enzymes and antioxidants in water stress response. In addition the development of transgenic plants is also discussed.

摘要: 本文概述植物活性氧代谢的研究及水分胁迫下活性氧与植物抗旱性(抗水分胁迫)之间的关系;着重叙述水分胁迫响应中植物脱毒酶和抗氧化物的功能和机制;并对植物抗氧化基因的研究进展作了讨论。
