Abstract: The methods of polyploid induction of Cymbidium by colchicine were studied in this paper. The results showed that the methods of multiplicating PLBs gave a best result for polyploid induction, and about 16.7% protocorms developed into polyploidies. Cytological observation showed that the plantlets had the characteristics of polyploid phenotype and the chromosome number was 2n=80, but no mosaic phenomenon were observed, and the chromosome number of the control (no treated with colchicines) was 2n=40.

摘要: 采用继代培养法和侧芽萌动培养法比较秋水仙素诱导‘素心黄’多倍体的效果。结果表明,继代培养法加倍效果较好,其诱导率为16.7%;细胞学鉴定表明,该方法诱导培育的植株具有多倍体表型特征,其体细胞染色体数2n=80,未见嵌合现象,而对照2n=40。
