HPLC法测定博落回药材不同器官白屈菜红碱含量

Abstract: The contents of the main constituent chelerythrine in different parts of Macleaya cordata were determined. HPLC method was adopted to measure the content of chelerythrine, Diamonsil C18 column was used with a mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid solution (22:78) by UV detector at 268nm。The results showed that fruits contained more chelerythrine than other parts of Macleaya cordata. It is scientific for use the fruit of Macleaya cordata as commercial herbs.

摘要: 本研究采用高效液相色谱法分离并测定博落回药材不同器官的白屈菜红碱含量。色谱条件:Diamnosil C18柱,以乙腈-0.2%磷酸(22:78)为流动相;检测波长268nm。检测结果表明,其果实的白屈菜红碱含量较高,因此,常法采用博落回果实作为药材具有一定的科学性。
