Flavones Extraction from Longan's Aril and Identification by Ethanol Method

乙醇法提取龙眼果肉黄酮及其鉴别

Abstract: Based on the qualitative test and quantitative test, the ‘Chuliang’ Longan's aril was extracted by the ethanol extraction method. The studying identified that the Longan' aril contained the flavones. The maximum absorption of lutin standard was at 510nm and the standard curve was A=9.33C+0.013 (R=0.9986). The total of flavones were 15.48±0.27 (mg/100g·FW). RSD was within 1.75%. The recovery was 103.3%±3.65% and RSD was within 3.53%. The result will help to proceed with extracting flavones of Longan's aril and activity assays, and its theoretical base is established.

摘要: 以‘储良’龙眼品种为试材,采用乙醇提取法对其果肉中黄酮进行定性和定量试验。颜色试验和纸层析结果表明,龙眼果肉含有黄酮类物质;其最大吸收波长为510nm,‘储良’龙眼黄酮含量为15.48±0.27mg/100g·fw,RSD 1.75%;回收率为103.3±3.65%。
