植物低温应答机制及其泛素化修饰研究进展

Abstract: Cell regulation mechanism is the main response of plant to low temperature stress. In this article, the effects of low temperature stress on signal transduction, gene expression, ubiquitination, the level of proline, soluble sugar and SOD enzyme activity were discussed, so as to provide references for studying on plant resistance to low temperature or freezing stress.

摘要: 植物在低温条件下的机体应答主要依赖于植物内部的细胞调控机制。文中综述低温胁迫对植物细胞内信号转导、基因表达、泛素化等修饰方式以及脯氨酸、可溶性糖、SOD酶活性等代谢调节的影响,以期为植物抗低温研究提供借鉴。
