Contents Analysis on Total Flavonoids and Luteolin of Glossocardia bidens in Fujian Province

闽产鹿角草中总黄酮与木犀草素含量分析

Abstract: The contents of total flavonoids and luteolin were analyzed by UV and HPLC to learn the quality level of Glossocardia bidens which produced in Fujian Province. The results showed that the average content of total flavonoids was 32.879 mg·g-1, the sample which content of top three were from Angu village(50.986 mg·g-1), Fushan village(42.242 mg·g-1) and Houzeng village(41.076 mg·g-1), and the lowest content sample was from Nanshan village(18.096mg·g-1); The average content of luteolin was 3.695 mg·g-1, the sample which content of top three were from Tongling town 4(12.500 mg·g-1), Ao’jiao village(9.720 mg·g-1) and Angu village(9.071mg·g-1), and the lowest content sample was from Tongling town 2(0.473 mg·g-1). Considering the content of total flavonoids and luteolin, the quality of G. bidens produced in Angu Village, Hui'an County was the best, which could be rationally developed and utilized.

摘要: 考察闽产鹿角草(Glossocardia bidens)中总黄酮与木犀草素含量以明确其药效物质基础水平。采用紫外分光光度(UV)法测定总黄酮含量,高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定木犀草素含量。结果表明,17批闽产鹿角草总黄酮平均含量为32.879 mg·g-1,含量前三位的样品来源地分别为惠安县的安固村(50.986 mg·g-1)、浮山村(42.242 mg·g-1)、后曾村(41.076 mg·g-1),含量最低的样品来源地为惠安县南山村(18.096 mg·g-1);17批闽产样品中木犀草素平均含量3.695 mg·g-1,含量前三位的样品来源地分别为东山县铜陵镇市售品4(12.500 mg·g-1)、东山县澳角村(9.720 mg·g-1)、惠安县安固村 (9.071 mg·g-1),含量最低的样品为东山县铜陵镇市售品2(0.473 mg·g-1)。综合考虑总黄酮与木犀草素含量,所采样品中惠安县安固村鹿角草质量最优,可在保护的基础上合理开发利用。
