Abstract: The growing environment, the biological characteristics, the distribution and utilization of the medicinal resource plant Gynoster. mapentaphyllum are described.Many wild forms of this plant from Fujian province have been collected and grown in Xiamen since 1985. And some promising forms have been selected in the field.
