Technology of Aseptic Seeding and in Vitro Propagation of Anota hainanensis

安诺兰无菌播种组培快繁技术研究

Abstract: The techniques for aseptic germination of Anota hainanensis seeds were studied.The results showed that in medium of MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L, protocorm could form from seeds of Anota hainanensis;1/2 MS supplemented with 6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L was suitable for proliferation of protocorm, and the rate of proliferation was 793.3%;the medium of 1/2 MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L+0.2% active carbon+10% banana serum+10% coconut milk gave the best result for rooting of tube plants.When transplanted on coconut bran, the survival rate of tube plant reached 91.4%.

摘要: 安诺兰(Anota hainanensis)种子无菌播种试验表明:在MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L培养基上种子能形成原球茎团;1/2 MS培养基有利于原球茎增殖,加6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L原球茎增殖效果较佳,增殖率达793.3%;在1/2 MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L+2.0 g/L活性碳+100 g/L香蕉匀浆+100 ml/L椰子水的培养基上,试管苗生根效果最好;试管苗移栽至椰糠上,成活率达91.4%。
