Callus induction of ‘Xintaitang 25’ sugar cane

新台糖25号甘蔗愈伤组织诱导试验

Abstract: The central leaves of ‘Xintaitang’ 25 sugar cane was cultured on MS media supplememled with 2,4-D 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, 5.5 and 6.5mg/L, respectively. The results showed that MS medium with 2.4-D 2.5mg/L gave the best result in producing the callus from central leaves.

摘要： 以甘蔗新台糖25号心叶为试材,分别在添加2,4-D 1.5、2.5、3.5、4.5、5.5、6.5mg/L 6个处理的MS培养基上培养。结果表明,2,4-D对愈伤组织诱导及其继代培养有显著影响,诱导效果以2,4-D 2.5mg/L为佳。
