斐济贝壳杉白化苗与正常苗形态及生理特性比较

Abstract: The morphology, microstructure of leaf and some physiological and biochemical indices of albino and normal seedlings of Agathis macrophylla were observed and compared. The results showed that the size of seed shell, the height and weight of plant, the length of leaf and taproot, the stem diameter and the chlorophyll content of albino seedlings were less than those of normal seedlings, but the amylase activity, soluble protein content, IAA oxidase activity and tryptophan content of albino seedlings were more than those of normal seedlings.

摘要: 比较研究斐济贝壳杉Agathis macrophylla实生白化苗与正常苗在形态、叶片显微结构和部分生理生化指标方面的差异。结果表明,斐济贝壳杉白化苗的种壳大小、株高、株重、叶长、茎粗、主根长、叶绿素含量均低于正常苗,但白化苗的淀粉酶活性、可溶性蛋白质含量、吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性及色氨酸含量均高于正常苗。
