Effects of Different Concentrations of Chloride in the Reclaimed Water on SPAD Value of Landscape Plants

不同氯离子浓度的中水对绿地植物SPAD 值的影响

Abstract: Ten kinds of landscape plants in Shenzhen were irrigated the reclaimed water of different concentrations of chloride ions. And the effects of chloride ions on the growth and development of plants were studied by analyzing SPAD values of leaves. The results showed that the chloride ion concentration of reclaimed water, irrigation time and the species of plant had influence on plant growth. In the same irrigation time, with the increase of the concentration of chloride ions in reclaimed water, the SPAD values of Duranta repens ‘Dwarf Yellow’, Carmona microphylla, Rhoeo discolor, Allemanda cathartica, Excoecaria cochinchinensis, Altemanthera ficoidea decreased first and then increased slowly. At the same concentrations of chloride ions of irrigated water, the SPAD values of Duranta repens ‘Dwarf Yellow’, Ficus microcarpa ‘Golden Leaves’, Calliandra haematocephala and Ixora chinensis increased first and then decreased with the increase of irrigation time. Their maximum values generally occured during irrigated time 60 days and 120 days. When the chloride ion concentration of reclaimed water more than 350 mg·L-1, Rhododendron pulchrum withered to death, so the chloride ion concentration less than 350 mg·L-1 of reclaimed water could be applied to greening water.

摘要: 对深圳市常见的10种绿化植物灌溉不同氯离子浓度的中水,通过分析植物叶片SPAD值,研究中水氯离子浓度对植物生长发育的影响。结果表明,中水氯离子浓度、灌溉时间及植物种类对植物的生长均有影响。在相同的灌溉时间内,随着中水氯离子浓度的增加,金叶假连翘Duranta repens ‘Dwarf Yellow’、基及树Carmona microphylla、紫背万年青Rhoeo discolor、软枝黄蝉Allemanda cathartica、红背桂Excoecaria cochinchinensis、大叶红草Altemanthera ficoidea ‘Ruliginosa’的SPAD值均出现下降然后缓慢上升趋势。当灌溉的中水氯离子浓度相同时,金叶假连翘、黄金榕Ficus microcarpa ‘Golden Leaves’、朱樱花Calliandra haematocephala和龙船花Ixora chinensis的SPAD值随着灌溉时间的增加呈现先增加后降低的趋势,最大值一般出现在灌溉60 d和120 d。当中水氯离子浓度超过350 mg·L-1时,毛杜鹃Rhododendron pulchrum枯萎死亡,故氯离子浓度不大于350 mg·L-1的中水才可应用于绿化浇灌。
