Abstract: Field surveys of Dendrobium officinale in Guanzhaishan from Fujian were conducted. To identify D. officinale accurately, the tissue structure and microscopic characteristics of its stem and leaf were described. The cap-shape fiber group outside the vascular bundle, the Calcium oxalate crystal bundles in the near epidermis, the mucous cells contain needle crystals and the silica grains on the outside the fiber bundle sheath all provided an important identification basis for this crud drug.

摘要： 对福建连城冠豸山开展野生铁皮石斛Dendrobium officinale实地调查，发现当地有铁皮石斛分布。对其茎、叶组织构造及茎的显微粉末特征等进行观察，结果表明，铁皮石斛茎维管束外侧的纤维群呈帽状，草酸钙针晶束于近表皮处多见，粉末中含针晶束的黏液细胞以及纤维束外具有含硅质块的细胞等特征可作为该药正确鉴别的依据。
