尾叶桉异戊二烯排放量初步研究

Abstract: Using GC- PID, the isoprene emissions of Eucalyptus urophylla were measured in March. At the same time, the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration of leaves and other correlative environmental factors were measured by LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system. The isoprene emissions of E. urophylla were also studied, after cutting branches. The results showed that the changes of isoprene emissions appeared single peak in the daytime, with the maximum appeared at 14:00 around, and the isoprene emissions decreased after cutting branches.

摘要: 应用光离子化气相色谱仪(GC-PID)测定尾叶桉3月份的异戊二烯排放量,同时采用Li-6400光合作用测定仪同步测定叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度,及其相关环境因子,并对截枝后尾叶桉异戊二烯排放量的变化进行分析。结果表明,春季尾叶桉异戊二烯白天的排放量变化呈单峰型曲线,最大值出现在14:00左右,截枝后尾叶桉的异戊二烯排放量下降。
