Abstract: Molecular marker is a new type of genetic marker.It has provided the new method for the genetic breeding research of trees,reducing the breeding cycle,improving the efficiency of breeding and showing a broad prospect in application.This article introduces the principle and characteristics of RAPD markers as well as an overview of the RAPD technology in Camellia oleifera genetic breeding of current situation.

摘要: 分子标记是一种新型的遗传标记,为林木遗传育种研究提供了新的手段,并在缩短育种周期、提高育种效益等方面展现出广阔的应用前景。本文介绍了RAPD分子标记原理、特点及其在油茶遗传育种研究中的应用现状与前景。
