    2010, 39(04): 1-3.  DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1009-7791.2010.04.001
    Abstract ( )   PDF (734KB) ( )
Micro-cut is a new exploiting technique. There is a significant correlation between flow area and latex yield.Turgor pressure of trunk in the flow area on a rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis) Clone PR107 with 1/8s↑d/4 tapping system was measured at NO.7 trial team, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences. The result showed that there were differences among turgor pressure of different loci of trunk, and all of them decreased less after tapping.Turgor pressure of trunk keeping a comparative higher level is one of factors that flow of rubber trees with micro-cut and gaseous stimulation kept longer.

    2010, 39(04): 14-17.  DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1009-7791.2010.04.005
    Abstract ( )   PDF (838KB) ( )
Rapes, which widely eaten by people, were selected as studying objects in this research, soil culture experiments was managed. We studied the absorbing and accumulating characters of heavy metals in rape under the pressure from different concentrations of heavy metals (cadmium, lead, mercury), and discussed the migration of heavy metals in soil-vegetable system. The results show that the absorbing and accumulating rules of different heavy metals in different parts of rape are different. The accumulation order of cadmium and mercury in the rape plants was ranged as roots >leaves >stems, and the accumulation order of lead in the rape plants was ranged as roots >stems >leaves.Rape roots have much stronger ability in accumulating heavy metals than stems and leaves, The adsorptive ability to heavy metals is:Cd >Hg >Pb.The contents of heavy metals in different parts of rape was significantly linearly correlated to the concentrations of heavy metals in the soil (r2>0.859).According to the national regulation about the maximum limit of heavy metals in edible parts of vegetables (GB 15201-1994, GB14935-1994, GB 2762-1994), the thresholds of cadmium, lead and mercury in soil for rape were 0.36 μg/g, 43.62 μg/g and 2.89 μg/g。

    2010, 39(04): 24-27.  DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1009-7791.2010.04.008
    Abstract ( )   PDF (769KB) ( )
The amount of pesticide migrate was mainly influenced by the rainfall and its interval.Loss of the pesticides such as chlorpyrifos, cypermethrin and chlorothalonil transfer with runoff water ranged from 0.014 kg/hm2 to 0.490 kg/hm2, and the loss rates of the pesticides ranged from 9.79% to 20.51%.If it rain in 3 days after treatment, loss rates of chlorpyrifos and cypermethrin should be 8.32% and 5.58%, respectively, and the rates reduced with 50%.The migration of pesticides with runoff water would reduce and be help to reduce environmental pollution if the application time was adjusted based on rainfall forecast.

    2010, 39(04): 28-32.  DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1009-7791.2010.04.009
    Abstract ( )   PDF (936KB) ( )
Based on meteorological data of Shenzhen from 1998 to 2007, the paper studied reference crop evapotranspiration by using Hargreaves method, Pristley-Taylor method and Irmark-Allen method with the FAO Penman-Monteith method as the standard, attempt to estimate applicability of the three methods. The results show that mean monthly reference crop evapotranspiration and annual mean reference crop evapotranspiration of Irmark-Allen and Penman-Monteith is no significant difference, but are deviated from Hargreaves method and Pristley-Taylor method which Hargreaves is the most volume and Pristley-Taylor is least. The correlation of Irmark-Allen method, Pristley-Taylor method and Penman-Monteith are overestimated.Irmark-Allen method is advisable to estimate ET0 when hard to get relatively meteorological data in Shenzhen.

    Abstract ( )   PDF (885KB) ( )
There are 235 species of ferns (including subspecies) in Hengshan Mountain, belonging to 75 genera in 36 families.Analysis on the flora showed that:the ferns not only have strong tropical nature, but also show the obvious transitional characteristics from tropical to temperate. Most of families and genera in this flora are subtropical flora and tropical flora, while the main of species' flora is temperate flora. It includes 18 families, 38 genera and 69 species in tropical flora and subtropical flora, respectively occupying to 50.00%, 50.67% and 29.36% of the total families, genera and species.Among them, there are 14 families, 21 genera and 5 species in pan-tropical flora and 3 families, 18 genera and 158 species in temperate flora, accounting for 38.89%, 28%, 2.13% and 8.33%, 24%, 67.23% of the total families、genera and species respectively. What is said above shows that the most important flora of families and genera is pan-tropical flora, and temperate flora is the dominant flora of species, which explain tropical flora and temperate flora is intersecting and compatible. There are not endemic genera but 1 endemic species in the flora, and endemic species of China are very plentiful with 46 species and 19.57% of the total species. The flora contact with neighborhood nearly, and their geographical components are East China components predominantly.Hengshan Mountain is similar to Wuyishan and Lushan in plant flora, but farther to Wanfushan.
