摘要: 综述近年来生物技术在凤梨科植物中的应用进展,重点介绍凤梨科植物组织培养研究及其常见问题,概述了凤梨科植物遗传转化的研究现状,并对一些问题提出解决对策。

Abstract: The applications and research progresses of biotechnology on pineapple were described in this paper.The achievements and the problems in tissue culture were mainly introduced.It stated the general situations and perspectives about genetic transformation,some problems and perspectives of this field were also discussed.
