摘要: 采用ISSR-PCR分子标记技术对40个黄皮品种的遗传多样性进行分析。从96条ISSR引物中筛选出15条引物用于PCR扩增,共扩增出165条带,其中多态性条带100条,多态性比率为60.6%。应用SPSS软件计算各品种间的Jaccard相似系数介于0.714~1.000,UPGMA法将40个品种分成5组。

Abstract: ISSR-PCR markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 40 wampee cultivars.A total of 15 ISSR primers selected from 96 primers were used to amplify 165 DNA fragments and of which 100(60.6%) were polymorphic loci.Based on SPSS 13.0 analysis,the similarity coefficient between different cultivars ranged from 0.714 to 1.000.The dendrogram constructed by UPGMA showed that 40 wampee cultivars were classified into five groups.
