蟹爪兰茎段消毒及其丛生芽增殖和生根初步研究

Preliminary Study on Stem Disinfection of Zygocactus truncactus and Its Multiple Bud Proliferation and Rooting

摘要: 以蟹爪兰茎段为材料,采用组织培养和单因子实验方法,研究蟹爪兰无菌体系的建立及植物生长调节剂对茎段丛生芽增殖和生根的影响。结果表明:蟹爪兰茎段最佳消毒方式是75%酒精30 s+0.1%HgCl2 10 min;茎段丛生芽增殖最佳培养基是MS+KT 4 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;生根最佳培养基是1/2 MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L。

Abstract: The establishment of sterile system and the effect of plant growth regulators on multiple bud proliferation and rooting were studied by tissue culture and single-factor experimental method, using Zygocactus truncactus stems as material.The results showed that the best sterilization method of Z. truncactus stems was firstly treated with 75% alcohol for 30s and then treated with 0.1% HgCl2 for 10min, the best multiple bud proliferation medium of Z. truncactus was MS+KT 4 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L, and the best rooting medium was 1/2 MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L.
