摘要/Abstract

摘要： 以余甘果实(粉甘)水溶性多糖为材料，采用比浊法测定余甘多糖对5种细菌的抑菌活性及对改造型紫色杆菌紫色杆菌素生成量的影响。结果显示，余甘多糖对供试菌的抑菌活性大小顺序为：金黄色葡萄球菌＞枯草芽孢杆菌＞改造型紫色杆菌CV026＞红色粘质沙雷氏菌＞大肠杆菌；余甘多糖终浓度为20 mg·mL-1时，对紫色杆菌素生成量的抑制作用最大，抑制率达(53.47 ± 3.10)%。因此，余甘多糖具有抑菌活性及群体感应抑制活性。

Abstract: The inhibitory activities of bacteria and quorum sensing of water-soluble polysaccharide from Phyllanthus emblica fruit were studied. The activity of antibacterial to 5 tested bacterials and the effect on violacein yield of Chromobacterium violaceum CV026 were carried out using turbidimetry. An order of the inhibitory activities of polysaccharide to 5 tested bacteria was Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25933 > Bacillus subtilis ATCC21216 > C. violaceum CV026 > S. marcescens H30 > Escherichia coli ATCC25922; Violacein yield of C. violaceum CV026 was inhibited strongest (53.47?3.10)% at the concentration of 20 mg穖L-1 emblica polysaccharide. In conclusion, the water-soluble polysaccharide of emblica has inhibitory effect of bacterial multiplication and quorum sensing.
