Abstract

摘要： 以广东石豆兰茎段为外植体进行离体快速繁殖体系研究。结果表明,芽诱导最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L;增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 2.5 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L,增殖系数达4~5倍;生根培养基为1/2 MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L,生根率可达90%。将生根苗移栽入小颗粒碳化树皮基质中,成活率可达90%。
