Tissue Culture of Anoectochilus roxburghii

金线莲组织培养(简报)

Abstract: Stems with axillary buds from the elite of Anoectochilus roxburghii (Wall.) Lindl, were used as explants for in vitro rapid propagation. The results showed that the best culture media was 1/2MS+6-BA 1.5 mg·L-1 + NAA 0.2 mg·L-1; the proliferation culture media of was 1/2MS +6-BA 2.0 mg·L-1 + NAA 0.5 mg·L-1 + banana 100 g·L-1, the proliferation coefficient was 6 ~ 8 times; the rooting culture media was 1/2MS + IBA 1.0 mg·L-1 +NAA 0.5 mg·L-1+AC (activated charcoal) 0.2 g·L-1, the rooting coefficient was 95 percent. The rooting seedling transplanted into the mixture mixed by stone and cinder, the drainage ability was good, cover the film to keep Moisturizing, with a success rate of around 90 percent.

摘要: 以金线莲茎段为外植体进行离体快速繁殖体系研究。结果表明:芽诱导最佳培养基为1/2MS+6-BA 1.5 mg·L-1+NAA 0.2 mg·L-1;增殖培养基为1/2MS +6-BA 2.0 mg·L-1+NAA 0.5 mg·L-1+香蕉100 g·L-1;增殖系数达6~8倍;生根培养基为1/2MS + IBA 1.0 mg·L-1+NAA 0.5 mg·L-1+活性炭0.2 g·L-1,生根率可达95%。将生根苗移栽入滤水性好的细兰石与炭渣混合基质中,盖膜保湿。成活率可达90%。
