Comparative Study on Fruiting Branch Biological Characters and Fruit Quality of Different Grape Varieties under One-year-two-harvest

大棚葡萄一年两季结果枝生物学性状及果实品质比较

Abstract: The fruiting branch biological characters and fruit quality of different grape varieties were studied under the cultivation model of one-year-two-harvest in greenhouse. The results showed that the biological characters and spica numbers of per branch in different grape variety were no difference. The spica length and fruit cluster numbers of single plant in the first harvest was higher than that in the second harvest. The biological characters of fruit such as weight of single cluster and single grain, fruit transverse diameters and longitudinal diameters in the second harvest were lower than those in the first harvest. While the interior quality of fruits such as the contents of soluble solid, total soluble sugar, reducing sugar, titratable acid and vitamin C in the second harvest were higher than those in the first harvest. In Fujian province, ‘Jumeigui’ and ‘Summer Black’ were more suitable for cultivation and popularization than ‘Kyoho’ under the model of one-year-two-harvest. The fruit qualities and economic benefits were improved by application of key cultivation techniques of one-year-two-harvest to regulate the grape production period.

摘要: 在设施大棚内一年两季栽培模式下,比较不同品种葡萄(Vitis vinifera)的结果枝生物学性状和果实品质。结果表明,一年两季栽培模式下,‘巨玫瑰’、‘夏黑’、‘巨峰’3个品种的结果枝生物学性状和花穗数变化一致,第一季的花穗长度和果穗的串数高于第二季。第二季果实的单穗质量、单粒果重、果横径、果纵径等果实生物学性状低于第一季,可溶性固形物、可溶性总糖、还原性糖、可滴定酸、维生素C含量等果实内在品质高于第一季。在福建省葡萄种植中,‘巨玫瑰’、‘夏黑’较‘巨峰’更适合一年两季栽培模式。应用一年两季配套关键栽培技术,能调控葡萄的产期,提高果实品质和经济效益。
