浙江省大仰湖自然保护区牛皮叶属地衣新资料

Abstract

Abstract: Three lichen species of the genus Sticta (Schreb.) Ach. were discovered in Dayanghu Nature Reserve, Jingning She Autonomous County, and were identified by morphological, chemical and molecular biological methods. The three species are S. marginifera Mont., S. weigelii (Ach.) Vain., and S. limbata (Sm.) Ach. S. marginifera is a newly recorded species to China’s mainland. The detailed morphological descriptions and species characteristic figures were provided. The results enriched basic data for the genus Sticta in China.

摘要： 结合形态学、化学、分子生物学等方法，对采自浙江省景宁畲族自治县大仰湖自然保护区的地衣标本进行分类鉴定，共发现3种牛皮叶属Sticta (Schreb.) Ach.地衣，分别为边缘牛皮叶S. marginifera Mont.、裂缘牛皮叶S. weigelii (Ach.) Vain.和粉缘牛皮叶S. limbata (Sm.) Ach.，其中边缘牛皮叶为中国大陆新记录种。调查结果为浙江省地衣资源研究和利用提供新资料，对中国地衣多样性保护提供基础数据。
