Abstract: Ten genera of plant nematodes,i.e. Aphelenchoides,Aphelenchus,Tylenchus,Paratylenchus,Pratylenchus, Helicotylenchus,Rotylenchus,Hemicriconemoides,Cricomemoides,Trichodorus were identified from the roots and rhizosphere soil of longan (Euphoria longana), Chinese olive (Canarium album),loquat (Eriobotrya japonica) and grape (Vitis spp.) trees, which were growing at a given location on Jiuhua Farm, Putian city,Fujian province. The investigative results show that the kinds of fruit tree influence the genera or species and the population structure of plant nematodes. There are sixgen-era of plant nematodes on longan, the nematode populations consist of 2~4 genera,the dominant nematode is Trichodorus. There are 7 genera of nematodes on Chinese olive,the populations consist of 1~7 genera,the dominant nematode is Paratylenchus. Thereare 6 genera of plant nematodes on loquat,the populations consist of 2~5 genera,the dominant nematode is Paratylenchus.There are 5 genera of plant nematodes on grape,the populations consist of 2~5 genera,Helicotylenchus widely distributes but the popu-lation of Pratylenchits is of highest density.

摘要： 对莆田市九华农场同一地段的龙眼、橄榄、枇杷、葡萄等四种果树根部的植物线虫种类和群体结构进行调查,结果表明:果树类别对植物线虫种类、群体组成有一定影响。从以上四种果树的根部和根际土壤中共鉴定出Aphelelenchoides、Aphelenchus、Criconemoides、Helicotylenchus、Hemi-criconemoides、Paratylenchus、Pratylenchus、Rotylenchus、Tylenchus、Trichodorus等10个属的植物线虫。龙眼上植物线虫有6属,其群体由2~4个属组成,优势线虫属Trichodorus;橄榄上植物线虫有7属,其群体由1~7个属组成,优势线虫属为Paratylenchus;枇杷上植物线虫有6属,其群体由2~5个属组成,优质线虫属为Paratylenchus;葡萄上植物线虫有5属,其群体由2~5个属组成,Helicotylenchus的分布频率较高,而Pratylenchus的虫口密度最大。
