Black Heart of PineappleFruits Induced by Preharvest Chilling Temperature

采前低温诱发菠萝果实黑心病

Abstract: The black heart of pineapple fruits induced by preharvest chilling temperature was studied and discussed.The incidence of blackheart induced by chilling temperature was 60%~100% in autumn and winter. The results suggested that the effect of chilling temperature below 21℃ at preharvest was one of important factors in inducing of pineapple blackheart.In South China,there is a difference of sensibilitv to blackheart in different pineapple varieties. Therefore breeding and planting of new blackheart-resis-tant varieties of pineapple would be an important measure in control of blackheart of pineapples.

摘要: 采前低温可诱发菠萝果实黑心病,发病率变化范围为60%~100%。低于21℃的采前低温影响是诱发菠萝黑心病的重要因子之一。在华南菠萝生产区,不同品种对黑心病敏感性的表现不同。因此,培育和栽培抗黑心病的菠萝新品种,将是一个控制黑心病腐烂的重要措施。
