Abstract: The research advances on citrus germplasm in vitro over the last ten years are outlined,including materials used and preservation methods. It indicates that the method of citrus germplasm preservation in vitro may avoid the shortcomings of in vivo preservation,but may not substitute in vivo preservation. Further research are need-ed on the method.

摘要： 介绍了十多年来各国学者对柑桔种质离休保存技术的研究进展,包括所使用的材料和方法。指出:柑桔种质离休保存可以克服田间保存的不足,但最终只能是一种辅助方法,其研究还有待进一步完善。
