Abstract

Abstract: A simple, accurate and fast method to determine allantoin and allantoic acid by HPLC is described. The method can be applied to the studies of metabolism path of purine bases, the role of ureide metabolism and the mechanism of nitrogen fixation in plants.

摘要： 尿囊酸性质极不稳定,需要有快速、准确的分离检测方法。本试验用高效液相色谱法分离检测尿囊素和尿囊酸,并认为该法是一种较好的测试方法。
