Abstract: The differentiation of Anthurium scherzerianum explants (leaves) is related to the varieties and different parts of leaf. The experimental results of suggested that the optimal media for different culture stages were:(1) Induction of adventitious buds:modified Nitsch (NH₄NO₃ 200mg/L)+6-BA 1.0+2,4-D 0.1; (2) Successive transfer culture and propagation of shoots:modified Nitsch (NH₄NO₃ 720mg/L)+6-BA 0.5; (3) Differentiation of roots:modified Nitsch (NH₄NO₃ 720mg/L).

摘要： 红掌叶片在新代培养基上的分化能力与品种和叶片部位有关。组织培养试验表明,最佳诱导培养基为改良Nitsch (NH₄NO₃ 200mg/L)+6-BA 1.0mg/L+2,4-D 0.1mg/L;芽增殖培养基Nitsch (NH₄NO₃720mg/L)+6-BA 0.5mg/L;生根培养基为Nitsch (NH₄NO₃720mg/L)。
