低聚糖素诱导橡胶树抗白粉病作用机制初探

Abstract: The rubber leaf sprayed with oligosaccharin (OS) was compared to CK (water), including the leaf epidermal cell structure, the content of phenol and the activity of peroxidase. The results indicated that OS could induce the changes of tissue structure and the reaction of chemophysiology in rubber tree. It is the important mechanism of OS to improve the rubber tree resistance to powdery mildew.

摘要: 通过比较喷洒低聚糖素后橡胶树叶片表皮细胞结构、过氧化物酶活性和酚类物质含量的变化表明,低聚糖素可诱导橡胶树的组织结构及生理生化过程发生变化。这些因素是低聚糖素提高橡胶树对白粉病抗病性的重要作用机制。
