Study on Characteristics Segregation of F1 Generation from P42×P39 in Phalaenopsis

Abstract: The hybrids were obtained from the cross of P42 with P39 in Phalaenopsis, and the characteristics segregation of F1 generation was studied.The results showed that:various characteristics were between the two parents or higher or lower than their parents, which showed mid-parent heterosis or positive or negative heterosis advantage.From the frequency map analysis, the characteristic advantages of F1 generation were in leafs, leaf color, flowers and flower color.Among them, the variation coefficient of flower color, flowers and leaf color were 29.16%, 28.74%, 28.32%, respectively, which were the focus of fine individual from F1 generation.

摘要: 以蝴蝶兰P42为母本、P39为父本进行常规杂交,研究其F1代性状的分离情况。结果表明:F1代各性状介于双亲之间或高于或低于双亲,表现为中亲优势或正向超亲优势或负向优势;从频次分布图分析,F1代的优势性状表现在叶数、叶色、花朵数和花色上,其中,花色、花朵数和叶色的变异系数最大,依次为29.16%、28.74%、28.32%,是F1代选择优良单株的重要依据。
