蝴蝶兰愈伤组织诱导研究

Abstract: The experimental results of callus induction of Phalaenopsis showed that ovaries of Phalaenopsis after 30 days of pollination were the optimal materials for callus induction. When the ovary slices were inoculated on 1/4 MS medium supplemented with 2,4-D 1.0mg/L, 6-BA 0.1mg/L and 3.0% sucrose, the induction rate of callus was 90.0%.

摘要: 对蝴蝶兰愈伤组织诱导试验结果表明,授粉后30d的蝴蝶兰子房适宜诱导愈伤组织,在1/4MS+2,4-D1.0mg/L+6-BA 0.1mg/L+蔗糖3.0%培养基上,蝴蝶兰子房切段愈伤组织的诱导率达到90.0%。
