齿瓣石斛茎段快繁技术研究

Abstract: The rapid propagation used in stem segments of Dendrobium devonianum was studied in this paper. The results showed that the best suitable medium for Dendrobium devonianum induction was MS + 6-BA 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0.05 mg/L, and MS + 6-BA 3.0 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L, MS + IBA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L were the mediums respectively for its bud proliferation and rooting.

摘要： 本文对齿瓣石斛茎段快繁技术进行研究，结果表明：齿瓣石斛最佳诱导培养基为MS + 6-BA 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0.05 mg/L；芽增殖培养基以MS + 6-BA 3.0 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L较好；生根培养基以MS + IBA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L较好。
