Abstract: The microstructural feature of nutlet surface of Cyperus were observed under scanning electron microscope,Good resuIts were achieved when the samples were treated with acetic anhydride.The advantage and disadvantage of the three different treatments are also discussed.

摘要： 采用三种不同的处理方法,利用扫描电镜对莎草属六个种的果皮微形态特征进行比较观察,探寻最佳的制样途径。实验结果表明,经醋酸醉处理的样品,能获得理想的观察效果。本文还对三种不同处理方法的利弊进行了讨论。
