Effects of Precursors Addition on Adventitious Root Induction and the Triptolide Content in Tissue Culture of Tripterygium wilfordii

前体物质对雷公藤组织培养不定根诱导及甲素含量的影响

Abstract: With citric acid, sodium pyruvate, sodium acetate, L-tyrosine, L-phenylalanine, lysine as precursors in tissue culture of Tripterygium wilfordii, the rooting of explants and the content of triptolide was determined after 30 d. The results showed that 3.0 mg稬-1 pyruvic acid in illumination condition and 1.0 mg稬-1 sodium acetate in dark condition could get the maximum amount of adventitious roots, while 1.0 mg稬-1 lysine in illumination condition and 1.0 mg稬-1 tyrosine in dark condition could get the highest concentration of triptolide.

摘要: 在雷公藤Tripterygium wilfordii组织培养生根培养阶段以柠檬酸、丙酮酸钠、乙酸钠、L-酪氨酸、L-苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸为前体物质,添加到培养基中,培养30 d后,观测外植体生根情况并测定甲素含量。结果表明,丙酮酸钠3.0 mg·L-1在光照条件及乙酸钠1.0 mg·L-1在黑暗条件培养中可获得最大的不定根量,赖氨酸1.0 mg·L-1在光照条件及L-酪氨酸1.0 mg·L-1在黑暗条件中培养可获得较高含量甲素。
