There were 245 species belonging to 199 genera in 99 families from the limestone area of Yinde. The numeral dominant families were Euphorbiaceae, Papilionaceae, Orchidaceae, Pteridaceae, etc. The geographical elements of family and genus were tropical and sub-tropical. There were 7 endemic genera to China, such as Eurycorymbus and Pteroceltis, 15 endemic species to limestone area, such as Sapium rotundifolium and Zenia insignis, 15 species belonging to 5 families and 13 genera of rare and endangered species, such as Eurycorymbus cavaleriei. The dominant species of vegetation were Dimocarpus longan, Sterculia lanceolata, Adenanthera pavonina var. microsperma, and Cinnamomum burmanni, etc. Based on the special habitat of limestone, the protection on plant diversity should be strengthened.
