摘要： 峨眉双蝴蝶植株带芽茎段的最佳芽诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L;在1/2 MS+IBA 1.0培养基上可诱导出根,生根率96%以上;生根苗经炼苗后移栽成活率在89%以上。
